We are excited to announce our very own Executive Chef Martin Oshiro is competing in a nationwide competition celebrating the 135th anniversary of Thomas’ bread and English Muffins.
135 chefs from 135 cities are battling for best breakfast recipe. Martin created ‘Wild Huckleberry and Cream English Muffin French Toast with an Almond Crust.’
Round one of voting begins Monday, September 14. After two weeks the contest is narrowed to just 16 chefs. Four more rounds of voting over the course of four weeks will ultimately decide the winner. The winning chef receives a grand prize of $25,000.
