The Griddle Supports the MS Walk
The Griddle has been family owned and operated since 1948. We consider all of our employees as family and have since the beginning, which is why we feel that Ashley’s story is so important to share. Ashley Ferguson, partner of the Griddle, has decided to speak out about her recent life-changing diagnosis. This is a letter from her to her friends and family.
“Hello friends,
As many of you may know, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in November of 2009. After coming to terms with the diagnosis and that this was happening to me, I made steps to change my life. I have been learning day-by-day how to look after my health and live with MS without letting it drag me down. I have decided that now is time to get involved. I will be participating in the MS Walk this April. I am writing today to ask that all of you consider a small donation towards the cause. The money raised helps to find a cure that could help ME and millions of others who suffer from MS!
Thank you for considering the idea, the link is below if you are interested.
-Ashley”
